We charge a shipping fee based upon the shipment option that you select at Checkout. The four shipping options are:

We charge a "handling fee" on items that require special packaging such as body parts, glass, fiberglass or large items which may require a box charge
The Tracking Status option on our web site is the quickest method for you to get information on the status of your order. Click on the Tracking Status button in the right hand corner. The system will prompt you for your order number and the zip code of the address where you are having the product shipped.
This will display the UPS Tracking information.
At this time, we do not post the shipment tracking numbers on our site.If you need the UPS tracking numbers please e-mail our Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org or call Toll Free at (888) 352-7743 for assistance and have the last four digits of your credit card available for verification as well.
Multiple tracking numbers may be displayed if you multiple boxes were included in your shipment and/or your order has multiple shipments. UPS dose not update their systems immediately upon shipment so your tracking information my not be immediately available.
Special order items such may require 10-15 days to made before they are shipped. They will usually be drop shipped directly from the manufacturer. You will be notified by e-mail if this is the case. If you need tracking information on these orders please e-mail shipping

The product you have ordered is currently unavailable at any of our warehouse locations. This item may not have been available either when you ordered it originally or another customer’s order placed ahead of yours may have depleted the available inventory. We apologize for this inconvenience.
Many backordered items are restocked within 3 - 10 days. With that in mind, we will keep your order open and do our best to ship the item you ordered. If you would like to cancel your order, please send us an email at email@example.com.
In some cases, the manufacturer may have a longer lead time then what they actually stated, committed to, etc. and thus the re-stocking of our warehouse may be delayed for longer than 10 days. Again, we apologize in advance if this happens, but this is beyond the control of Action Import Motors. We will do our best to ship your order as soon as we receive the product.
In other cases, the manufacturer may only produce a limited quantity of a specific item (this is called “constrained” in the industry). This quantity may not be sufficient to satisfy all of the orders placed for a particular item either with Action Import Motors and/or our competitors. Action Import Motors will attempt to fill as many orders as we can, utilizing a “first in, first out” logic. We apologize in advance if we are not able to fulfill your order.
Finally, in some cases, the manufacturer may choose to discontinue an item, even though the channel has quite a few orders for a particular item. This will force us to cancel that item from your order. Again, this is beyond our control and we apologize in advance if that should happen.

The quickest way for us to be able to handle a return for you is for you to accept delivery and then contact us about sending the item back. When you follow this procedure we can credit your account in just a few days. If you refuse shipment the product goes back to the delivery company and might not get back to us for 2 or 3 weeks. We cannot process your return until we receive the product.
We recommend that you accept delivery of the product and then contact us immediately for a Return Authorization (RMA) Number. Please click on the following links for a complete description of our Return Policy and Return Procedures.
If you desire to cancel an order, please follow the directions outlined in our Order Cancellations section.
On all shipments to customers, we incur shipping and handling costs. Of course, if the shipment is a result of an Action Import Motors error, we will issue a credit for all shipping and handling fees, and the product once it is returned to Action Import Motors. If through no fault of Action Import Motors the shipment is refused, we will charge your account these outbound shipping and handling fees to recover the expenses we incurred. We also reserve the right to impose a 20% restocking fee.
We will accept returns on non-defective products returned for credit or exchange, but we will not be able to refund shipping and handling fees, the return must be completed within 30 days from the shipment date, and you will be responsible for the return shipping cost to Action Import Motors. We suggest that you use a return shipping method that issues tracking numbers, so that you can ensure that the item is safely returned to our Returns Depot.
Some products are not returnable under any circumstances - special orders - upholstery and convertible tops that are made to order, be sure of your of material and color choices.
We reserve the right to impose a 20% restocking fee per item if the product is not received by us in completely re-salable condition. Examples of this would include if the box is opened, the product is damaged, or the box is marred with writing other than the shipping label.
Defective returns will be accepted for exchange or repair, at our discretion, within 30 days from the shipment date.
A product must be diagnosed "defective" by a member of the Technical Support Staff. Once it has been diagnosed, please ask for a case number and contact our customer service department for a return authorization number.
If you place a replacement order for the same product or a similar product of higher value, we will refund the shipping fee, handling fee and sales tax (if applicable) on the original order, and Action Import Motors will pay the return freight.
If you do not make a replacement order, we will still refund the shipping fee, handling fee and sales tax (if applicable), and Action Import Motors will pay the return freight, but we will charge your account a 15% processing fee.
In either case, after 30 days from the shipment date, the terms of the manufacturer’s warranty apply (if any).
The EMPI product line of merchandise is guaranteed to be exactly as represented. Items that have been installed, modified, altered or damaged by improper application/installation or neglect in any way, may not be eligible for return.
Any item that has been personalized is non-returnable. Any special ordered item is non-returnable. Electrical items are non-returnable. Carburetors are non-returnable.
Products used for Racing, Completion, or Off-Road use have no warranty. In all events seller liability is limited to replacement of the merchandise or invoice value of materials claimed to be defective. Shop labor or any other costs are not included.
Cost and/or availability of some items are subject to change without notice. Due to variations in manufacturing or suppliers, products may appear slightly different from the photo or description in catalog.
While every effort is made to insure accuracy, Action Import Motors - EMPI Outlet is not responsible for errors or omissions in our catalog or online catalog.
Action Import Motors does not offer a money-back guarantee on any product. However, some manufacturers do offer such a guarantee. In these cases, products will be clearly designated and a money-back guarantee (MBG) will apply only to these products. Products covered by a MBG will be accepted for return within 30 days from the shipment date, or as specified by the terms of the manufacturer's MBG. Restocking fees will not be assessed on such returns.
No return will be accepted without a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. To request a RMA number, please contact an Action Import Motors Customer Service Specialist Toll Free at (888) 352-7743. RA numbers are valid for ten business days after issue. Your RMA number(s) must appear clearly on the shipping label of the return shipment. Affix a label to the shipping box: PLEASE RETURN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING, DO NOT MARK ON THE BOX THAT THE ITEM IS PACKAGED IN .
In the case of any item(s) returned for any reason, the returned item(s) must be 100% complete, in original and re-salable condition, with all packaging, instructions, manuals, registration card(s), accessories ect. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements.
Shipping and Handling Fees are not refundable, with the exception of orders incorrectly shipped by Action Import Motors.
